Governmental AffairsASEA is the only association that is actively lobbying on behalf of state employee interests. ASEA is hands-on when it comes to fighting for cost-of-living adjustments, better employee benefits, reduction of contract employment, and support of the Merit System. The association has over 8 registered lobbyists on staff that have developed relationships with officials throughout the state. It is this type of representation that allows ASEA to communicate with elected leaders and resolve important issues that concern state employees. As a member of ASEA you have the ability to contribute the State Employees Association - Political Action Committee (SEA-PAC). SEA-PAC is an important part of the legislative work that ASEA performs.
