The Alabama State Employees Association is a membership driven organization dedicated to
promoting and protecting the rights and interests of state employees. Membership in ASEA
ensures that your voice is being heard in state government. With over 130 chapters and
Chapter Presidents across the state, you will be able
to be active in your local chapter which will keep you up to date on important issues that affect
state employees.
ASEA and our retired arm, ASEA Retired, is the only association that is actively lobbying
on behalf of state employees. In addition to providing a loud voice in state government, ASEA
